Terms & Conditions

Overview

This website and our on-premise events are managed and operated by Ballers Blackpool Ltd (“Ballers Blackpool”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website and/or entering, attending, or participating in any event, competition, league, booking or purchase (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), together with any additional terms, rules, policies, or notices referenced here or presented at point of entry (including event-specific rules and our Privacy Policy).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or attending an event. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you must not use the website or the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the website; your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason (including but not limited to capacity limits, safety concerns, age restrictions, dress code, and failure to comply with venue rules or event regulations).
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Venue Rules & Conduct

All guests must comply with staff instructions, posted signage, and event-specific rules. Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour (including excessive intoxication) will result in removal without refund. No outside alcohol or illegal substances are permitted. We may conduct bag checks for safety. You are responsible for your belongings; we are not liable for lost or stolen items. Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas.

Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

We aim to keep information current but do not guarantee that all website or promotional content is accurate, complete, or up to date. Event schedules, formats, and pricing may change. Reliance on website materials is at your own risk.

Event Entries, Registrations & Payments

Entry and booking fees (where applicable) must be paid in full by the advertised deadline. Your place is confirmed only once payment is received and, if required, verified on the relevant third-party platform (e.g., Darts Atlas). We may set limits on the number of entrants and reserve the right to refuse or cancel entries for legitimate reasons (e.g., non-payment, rule breaches, capacity). You are responsible for providing accurate registration details.

Modifications, Postponement & Cancellation

We may modify, postpone, or cancel events (in whole or in part) for reasons including but not limited to safety, operational requirements, public health, or circumstances beyond our control. Where a paid event is cancelled by us, we will offer a refund of the entry fee or a transfer/credit where reasonable. We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur (e.g., travel or accommodation).

Refunds & Transfers

Unless stated otherwise on the event page, entry fees are non-refundable once purchased. At our discretion, we may permit a name transfer before the advertised deadline. Failure to attend, late arrival, or removal for breach of rules will not entitle you to a refund.

Event Formats, Prizes & Results

Formats, start times, prize structures and payout methods are as advertised on the event page and may be adjusted for operational reasons (e.g., field size, timing). Where we advertise a guaranteed prize fund, that guarantee applies as described on the event page. Prizes may be paid in cash or by another reasonable method. Our decision (or the decision of our appointed tournament officials) on rules, scoring, and disputes is final. We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim prizes obtained in breach of rules, fraud, or misconduct.

Age & ID

Some events or areas may be age-restricted. We may request valid photo ID (e.g., passport, driving licence). If you cannot provide acceptable ID when required, you may be refused entry without refund.

Safety & Liability

Participation in activities (including darts and similar games) carries inherent risk. You agree to take reasonable care and follow all safety instructions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant event or booking. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Photography, Video & Media

By entering the venue or event, you acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording may occur. You grant us and our partners a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use such content featuring you (as part of a crowd or incidental capture) for promotional and archival purposes in any media. If you have concerns, please speak to a member of staff on arrival; we will take reasonable steps to accommodate where practicable.

We may use third-party services (e.g., Darts Atlas) for registrations, scoring, or payments. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services and your use of them is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and at our events (including logos, branding, images, text, audio-visual materials, and formats) is owned by or licensed to Ballers Blackpool and protected by intellectual property laws. You must not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

Billing, Account & Contact Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact and payment details and to promptly update them so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. If a payment is reversed or flagged as fraudulent, we may cancel your entry or booking.

User Submissions & Feedback

If you submit comments, feedback, suggestions, media, or other materials (collectively, “Submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, and adapt those Submissions for any lawful purpose without obligation to you. We may remove content that we consider unlawful, offensive, misleading, or infringing.

Prohibited Uses

You must not use the website or Service to: (a) break the law; (b) violate third-party rights; (c) harass, abuse, or discriminate; (d) transmit malware or harmful code; (e) collect others’ personal data without consent; (f) spam, scrape, or crawl our systems; (g) misrepresent your identity; or (h) interfere with security features or fair play of competitions. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches.

Personal Information

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We will process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally our website or promotional materials may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies (e.g., pricing, availability, event details). We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ballers Blackpool Ltd, its officers, employees, agents, partners, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or for operational/safety reasons. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive termination.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any event-specific rules and our posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local consumer protections.

Changes to These Terms

You can review the most current version of these Terms on this page. We may update, change, or replace any part of the Terms by posting updates here. Your continued use of the website or Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
